Purpose: This policy outlines the fulfillment process for services provided by Cannon & Brown, including consultations over QuickBooks Online (QBO) questions, Tax Consultations, Business Formation, and Discovery Meetings for new clients.
Currency: All transactions will be conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
Booking Process: Clients can book consultations through our secure online scheduling system, Calendly. Upon selecting the desired service, clients will be prompted to make a payment via Stripe to confirm their appointment.
Services Offered:
Payment Fulfillment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the consultation slot. Stripe will process the payment, and a confirmation receipt will be sent to the client's email address.
Refund Policy: Cannon & Brown values our clients' time and understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We offer a full refund for cancellations or rescheduling requests made prior to the scheduled meeting time. Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible to arrange for a refund or to reschedule their consultation.
No-Show Policy: In the event that a client does not show up for their scheduled meeting without prior notification, the payment will be non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that our consultants' time is respected and that other clients are not disadvantaged.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation without any additional charge, provided that they inform Cannon & Brown prior to the scheduled meeting time.
